MINUTES OF PTA MEETING

The PTA executive body meeting of  k.v.no-3, bbsr for the session 2011-12 was held on 27.08.11 at 8:30 am in the principal chamber.The meeting was inaugurated with the welcome address by Mrs.B. Mishra, principal, chairman, P.T.A, K.V.No3, and bbsr.

The following agenda points were discussed during the meeting.

1.       Peripherial cleanliness and a tin shed with water supply facility in front of the School.                                                                                                

2.    The road in front of the School needs to be broadened to avoid accident during the School hour

3.   The Chairman VMC and Railway authority may be requested to provide first-aid to school students by the Railway hospital as and when required.

4.    Providing Bus-Service to the Vidyalaya by Railway Authority for study tour and other educational tours. The proposal of installation of Aquarium in the entrance of the Vidyalaya was given by Mrs.B.M.Das (PRT) and was appreciated by all the members. The Chairperson PTA expressed her concern about the lack of participation of parent in the PTA meeting to know about the performance of their wards.
