The Genesis of the K.V

1.The Vidyalaya came into existence in the year 1986 on 5^th September    with Primary sections in the Railway colony High School temporarily.

 2.From 1986 to 2002 the Vidyalaya functioned in the Railway Colony High School-grew up to Class  XI. 

3.2003 – Shifted to new own Building at Pragati Vihar (Mancheswar) 

4.18.10.2003- The New building of the Vidyalaya at Pragati Vihar (Mancheswar) was inaugurated.

 1.     Date of opening of the K.V                           : 5^th September1986

2.    Land Given by E.Co.Rly                                 : 15Acres

3.    School shifted from old building to new building  : April 2003

4.   First batch of Higher Secondary Students (Class X)

      presented for Higher   Secondary Examination CBSE   : 1991-92

5.    10+2 System started                                     : 01. 4. 2003 

6.    Double section started                                   : 01. 4. 2002

7.    Jr . Computer Lab. Inaugurated                        :  2001

8.    Sr . Computer Lab  Inaugurated                       :  2006

 Gradual year wise expansion of Classes and sections leading to present status .

 1.  K.V. Started functioning up to Class-V          :1986

2.   First batch of class  IX presented                :1991

3.   First batch of class X    presented               :1992

4 .  10+2 System started                                 :2002

5 .  First batch of class  XII presented               :2004

6.  One  more additional section  started in class I: 1.4.2009

Facilities available including games and sports facilities .

1. An upcoming Playground with all the facilities to play outdoor games like Football , Volleyball, Basketball , Cricket , Kho-kho, Kabadi, Badminton.

2.A sophisticated Gym  inside the building for the teachers and students with all facilities to play indoor games .
